“The aim of art is to represent not the outward appearance of things,
but their inward significance.”
–Aristotle
Using fibers and threads combined with natural objects, I veil
and reveal. Though holes and gaps, light and cast shadows, lines
and forms repeat and interact. I strive for a delicate balance between the subtle and the distinct to create a tension that is symbolic of personal memory, environment and the impact of the passage of time.
I have exhibited extensively in the New York metropolitan area, Florida, and Berlin, Germany. My work is in numerous private collections.
